Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original tags, labels, and packaging.

Trying on items is permitted; however, wearing items beyond fitting is not allowed.

Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Return Period

You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period may be declined.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Email your return request to info@jasonandlauratoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside of Canada, including China.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Without valid tracking information, we cannot guarantee processing of your return.
4. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the supplier’s return address and inspected, we will assess its condition.

If approved, the purchase price of the returned item will be refunded within 14 days.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Responsibility and Liability
Please note the following important conditions:

If tracking confirms delivery to the provided return address, the return is considered completed.

We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. If applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
